1. Informational-purpose disclosure
EdgeWave Capital develops informational market-structure technology. Public website content and planned OndaTrader outputs are for analytical and educational context only. They are not an offer, transaction, account, brokerage service, or managed investment.
2. No personalized advice
Nothing is individualized financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. OndaTrader is not intended to evaluate a user’s finances, objectives, risk tolerance, or personal circumstances. Consult appropriately qualified professionals where needed.
3. No trade signals
OndaTrader is not a trade-signal service. Structural classifications, scenario distributions, occurrence statistics, and reference areas are not instructions or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, enter, exit, or size a position.
4. No custody or execution
EdgeWave Capital and OndaTrader do not accept customer trading funds, take deposits, custody assets, manage accounts, execute trades, or operate a funded-trader evaluation program. Users maintain their own relationships with brokers, exchanges, platforms, and data providers.
5. Futures risk
Futures prices can move quickly in response to market, economic, political, supply, demand, liquidity, and contract-specific events. Contract specifications, expirations, settlement, delivery terms, gaps, and leverage can materially affect risk. A futures position may lose a substantial amount rapidly.
6. Foreign-exchange risk
Foreign-exchange markets may be affected by interest rates, central banks, geopolitical events, liquidity, counterparty arrangements, trading hours, and venue differences. Prices and spreads can vary across providers, and leveraged currency trading can produce rapid losses.
7. Digital-asset risk
Digital assets may exhibit extreme volatility, fragmented liquidity, platform or custody failures, cyber incidents, protocol changes, market manipulation, regulatory changes, and limited recovery options. Availability and protections vary widely by jurisdiction and provider.
8. Gold and precious-metals risk
Gold and precious-metals products can be affected by currency values, interest rates, inflation expectations, geopolitics, physical supply and demand, derivatives positioning, and venue or product structure. XAU/USD, futures, physical metals, and related instruments are not interchangeable.
9. Leverage and margin risk
Leveraged trading may result in rapid and substantial losses. Margin requirements can change, positions may be liquidated, and market gaps may prevent execution at an expected level. Depending on the instrument and account arrangement, losses may exceed the amount initially committed.
10. Historical-data limitations
Past performance and historical market behavior do not guarantee future results. Similar historical structures can produce materially different outcomes. Coverage may vary by instrument, contract, provider, license, corporate action, roll method, source, and period. Any occurrence counts or statistics depend on data quality, classification logic, selected parameters, and the historical period analyzed.
11. Hypothetical, simulated, or conceptual illustrations
Screenshots, diagrams, demonstrations, original SVGs, workstation concepts, and conceptual product visuals are not trade records and do not show customer results. Hypothetical or simulated examples have inherent limitations and may omit liquidity, fees, slippage, execution, behavior, and other real-world effects.
12. Structural-model limitations
Market structure is classified through data, definitions, parameters, and methodology. Reasonable models can disagree, and a classification may change with new data, corrections, or methodology. No classification establishes what a market must do next.
13. Analytical objective limitations
A structure-derived reference level, analytical objective area, or scenario-based objective range is not a prediction, price target, guarantee, trade instruction, or recommendation. An analytical objective area is not a promise that price will reach that area.
14. Third-party market-data limitations
Third-party data may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, adjusted, inconsistent, or inaccurate. Entitlements and history may vary. Users should independently confirm market information through their own broker or authorized data source.
15. Technology and availability risk
Websites, networks, software, providers, integrations, and devices may fail or be unavailable. OndaTrader remains in development; its features may change, be delayed, or not launch. It should not be treated as an emergency, order-routing, risk-monitoring, or fail-safe system.
16. User responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for independent research, information verification, suitability, legal compliance, risk limits, position sizing, brokerage decisions, orders, and outcomes. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
17. Jurisdictional availability
Website access does not mean OndaTrader or a market, instrument, data entitlement, or feature is lawful or available in every jurisdiction. Availability may be restricted based on location, provider rights, licensing, law, or product readiness.
18. No performance guarantee
EdgeWave Capital does not promise profitable outcomes, accuracy, a success rate, or any trading performance. Historical evidence and analytical outputs do not guarantee future results. Evidence can inform a decision; it cannot eliminate market uncertainty or risk.
